An outside area , composing of landscaping , pergola, jacuzzi & a beautiful sphere water feature, to complete this modern contemporary look, completely transforming the outdoor area, creating a must have asset to the property.
A beautiful space for the enjoyment of both family & friends, taking full advantage of using it all year round, with it’s bespoke versatility.
This fully functioning garden room came to fruition when the client asked BHL to create a large pitched roof garden room.
The newly built garden room boasts a full size snooker table, cloakroom consisting of WC & shower. To complete the build it also incorporates a large TV & bar area.
The garden room has been designed to make good use of light, with Velux windows & dual aspect Bi fold doors. A stunning feature to this property, the client now has the dream social space, to relax & entertain in with his passion for snooker now being fully fulfilled.
This unique garden build is a golf simulation garden room. The build commenced at the start of the first lockdown, when the client wanted us to create a usable space, so that both he & his friends could still have golf days & practice time, with the added benefit of racing too.
The room includes a large golf simulator with the addition of formula 1 racing simulator
This fun garden room has provided hours of entertainment for both family & friends,
with the client indulging his favourite hobbies on a daily basis.
